There are rumors on Twitter that the suspect might be Richard Chad.

Chad Richards was a sophomore wrestler at UW-Whitewater from Loves Park, Illinois, and a Harlem High School graduate.
Competing in the 197-pound weight class, he achieved a notable 17-9 record during the 2021-22 season, including a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Upper Midwest Regional and a runner-up spot at the Don Parker Open.
He is majoring in finance and chose UW-Whitewater for its strong wrestling program.
