According to ESPN, he has been seeking people to add to his staff and is potentially looking to make acquisitions in the transfer portal, which opened Monday, December 9, 2024.
Belichick, who played collegiately at Wesleyan, has spent his 49-year coaching career in the NFL, though his father, Steve, was an assistant at UNC from 1953-55.
After being fired from New England, Belichick interviewed for the Falcons job during the last coaching cycle, but Atlanta hired Raheem Morris.
When he ended up without a coaching job, Belichick secured many media jobs for the 2024 season, including appearances on “The Pat McAfee Show,” ESPN’s ManningCast, and “Inside the NFL.”

Jordan Hudson, 23, was born in Texas on June 9, 2001, to her father, Heath Hudson, and mother, Lee Hudson.
Hudson’s parents are very open-minded and manage a sex shop named Toys of Eros in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
