Back in 2016, Buffalo Bills running back Reggie Bush was in the news amid claims that he paid his mistress “millions” to keep quiet about her pregnancy, and now she’s reportedly demanding child support.
Reggie Bush has been married to Lilit Avagyan, a professional ballroom dancer, since 2014, and they have three children.
Highlights
- Though Reggie Bush cheated on his wife, Lilit Avagyan stood to him through it all.
- Lilit revealed on her private Instagram that they were expecting their third child.
- Monique Exposito claimed he refused to pay more for the baby in 2017.
According to Bossip.com, Reggie Bush allegedly paid cocktail waitress Monique Exposito $3 million to have an abortion and keep the pregnancy quiet.
Exposito is married and has had an affair with former Miami Heat player Alonzo Mourning.
However, Exposito, who was six months pregnant at that time, decided against terminating the pregnancy.
Reggie Bush’s Wife Lilit Announces Pregnancy Just Weeks After Mistress Monique Exposito Gives Birth
The real mystery in Reggie Bush’s cheating scandal wasn’t whether or not he was the father (he is) but how his wife, Lilit Avagyan, stuck by him throughout that time.
Just weeks after Reggie Bush’s mistress, Monique Exposito, gave birth to their son, Lilit Avagyan announced that she and Reggie were expecting a baby.
TMZ reported that Lilit shared the news on her private Instagram, posting a photo of herself and Reggie kissing, with the caption “birthday love #HBD” and baby bottle and chocolate bar emojis.
Also, the couple was spotted in Los Angeles working out together, with Lilit proudly showing off her baby bump.
The couple’s third child, Agyemang, joined their other two kids, Briseis and Uriah, on Sept. 2, 2017.
This follows shortly after Bush’s alleged side chick went public with details of their deal, claiming he cut her off once she made it all known.
Monique Exposito Claims Reggie Bush Stopped Payments After She Kept the Baby
Monique Exposito, the woman who reportedly had Reggie Bush’s child, Preston Alexander Esposito, claimed he refused to pay more money for the baby in 2017.
Esposito has told friends and family that Bush was having difficulty with money after she supposedly broke a confidentiality agreement about their relationship.
After all, she gave birth to their son, Preston, as she breached the agreement of the alleged $3 million scandal.
Also, Monique Exposito claimed that Reggie Bush refused to pay her more after publishing stories about their alleged encounters in the media.
The two didn’t agree on how much support she should receive, and Bush reportedly resisted her demands.
The financial stress is taking a toll on Exposito, who struggled to balance things as a new mom.
She even left her three-week-old son with a babysitter while looking for a new lawyer to manage her child custody drama.
On the other hand, someone close to the situation clarified that Exposito didn’t receive the full $3 million.
Bush paid in installments but stopped when he found out she was still pregnant. That said, it’s likely she still received the money.
Additionally, people argued that it’s still his child, regardless of the agreement, so he should be responsible.
The issue seems to be that Exposito didn’t follow the terms of the agreement by choosing to keep the baby instead of terminating the pregnancy.
Because of that, Bush stopped the payments. However, he still has to pay child support.
Some people have questioned whether the money Bush already paid would cover all the child support he’ll ever owe.
It seems unlikely that the $3 million he allegedly paid would be enough to cover long-term child support, especially considering that payments are typically ongoing until the child reaches adulthood.
